Stocked triple room with private shower & toilet, quiet atmosphere. Plentiful and lovely breakfasts, with toast and cerial and the sausage. Central location close to all attractions. Also - near the pubs/clubs and beach and train station and sea front.

The hotel was fairly clean, service was friendly. The breakfast was plentiful and sensational for what was on offer, with familys food, tea coffee juice toast plus cerial. The room seemed spotless, the bed was lovely. The location turned out to be great, so close to close to train station and the super market. Also, it was 2 km from a restored Victorian pier.

The location in a nice area was marvellous and incredible and there were shopping centres and a market nearby. I had a twin room and it was new-fashioned with bedroom, great breakfast, 2 single beds. The most important was the staff - accommodating and exceptionally pleasant people. I really enjoyed this modern hotel and will be back.

The location was magnificent - very close to railway station as well as pubs and traffic. I often went to Hot Stuff to pick up some food.
